Date Of Birth: October 24, 1926
Date Of Death: February 15, 2013

Alfred Crescent Cirillo passed away February 15, 2013 in Indianapolis, IN. He was born in Hoboken, NJ on October 24, 1926 to Sergio and Lucy Cirillo. Al was the president of Cirillo Manufacturing, Inc. in Commerce City, CA. He was truly an ingenious man, who was able to create amazing things out of metal. He loved listening to music and had a generous knowledge and a love of the arts. His fondness of Beethoven led him to name his basset hound after him. He loved everything about trains, from collecting to riding in them. He was well travelled and well versed on countries of the world, and stories of how they came to be. He spent hours reading about historical times and places. Dad began collecting stamps at 15 years old and carried on that passion throughout his entire life. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Oliveri Cirillo; children, Terry, M, Rick (Nancy) of Indianapolis, Michael (Lory) of Sweet Home, OR, and Shari, Robin and Nicole of California; fourteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Al was preceded in death by his youngest son, David. Arrangements were made by Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory, Indianapolis, IN. “In every life, no matter the size of ones purse, there will be tragedy. It is the one promise life always fulfills. And thus, the trick is, when happiness comes, to delight in it, and to add to others store of it. Out father left us the legacy of adding to other’s store of happiness. Dad will be truly missed.
